As good as hot wings are, its nice to have something a little different than the classic, yet common buffalo wing. These wings are kind of the bomb! Baked not fried, you not only get amazing flavor from this marinade, but you save a handful of calories as well.
This recipe was created for my friend, rapper Jay Foss.

1 1/2 lbs chicken wings, separated
1/4 cup hoison sauce
2 TBSP sriracha sauce, plus additional for garnish
2 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP honey
1 TBSP garlic, minced
1 TBSP ginger, grated
1/2 TBSP vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
* sesame seeds for garnish
* green onions, sliced, for garnish
In a large mixing bowl combine: hoison sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce , honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Whisk to combine
Separate half the marinade (1/4 cup) into a separate small bowl
Whisk in vegetable oil in the large bowl marinade
Toss the wings into the marinade in a large bowl.
Transfer marinating wings into a quart sized zip-lock bag. Let marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
After the time has passed. Preheat your oven to 450* degrees. Shake off excess marinade and place wings in a baking tray. Set your timer for 20 minutes
Remove wings after 20 minutes, leaving oven on.
Baste the wings with the reserved marinade
Return to the oven for an additional five minutes
Turn on broiler on high. Place wings on the bottom rack, and broil for about 3 minutes. Tops should be nice and crisp
